Please find transaction which I had not made. I am informing you this whole scenario for justice and to investigate the truth and revert my money. I have also register a GDE at Titagarh Police Station vide GDE No. I have already lodge the complaint to the AXIS Bank, Barrackpore branch and Vodafone Store in Barrackpore branch. My Axis Bank account number - 910010040290978 has benn debited of Rs/- 8625 on without my knowledge and used as "online mobile reacharge from Gurgaon" and "Vodafone-BILL DESK-Mumbai". I like to inform you that I have an savings account in Axis Bank Barrackpore. portability and want to shift to VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION, don't take this type of mobile connection which can deduct your rupees without any reason even if your mobile is switched-off and avoid this type of harassments.
So, I want to say all the people who want to take advantage of mobile no. Why we'll be the ultimate victim? One more thing this is not the first time this is occurring. They'll say to call them after 12 hrs or they'll say that they'll contact you but never call you back. Vodafone customer care is giving a non-sense service.
Is this kind of service we're expecting from vodafone? Is vodafone is playing game like this? So Is this the kind of company vodafone is? Cheating with the people by giving callertune forcefully without informing and deduct amount automatically. 30 has been deducted from my mobile balance as well.
VODAVONE IS CHEATING US IN THIS PROCEDURE. which was switched-off at that time and got my confirmation though my mobile is switched off. How can it be possible? VODAFONE called in my mobile no. SECOND SMS - sent: 15:37:34 - "Hello, Caller Tune is activated on your phone. We will let you know the status by SMS shortly" Your request for caller tune activation has been received and will be processed within 4 hours. Today evening () while I switched on my mobile at 5:30 PM (17:30) I got 2 SMS from VODAFONE. My mobile was switched-off from yesterday () evening about 8 PM. I'm using vodafone for last 4 yrs in Kolkata. Please if possible do something against this fraud !!!!! We are ready to provide all details and cooperation. After speaking to the manager ( Mr.Avijit) he told that this is a case where we were sold the product by telling a lie and he'll talk to the higher authorities about this and he asked for 24 hours. On going to the vodafone store he totally denied the fact that he had told all this and had promised anything. As per him we took the sticks but suddenly on 10th april our connection was reduced to 2G speeds. He also told that we'll be automatically upgraded to much higher speeds from 10th april.
but as per his words - " You will be enjoying 3G speeds, your speed will not decrease whatsoever". We asked him on 3 separate days that whether this plan will be converted to 2G speeds or not whether this plan will remain or not. He told us three times that we will enjoy unlimited 3G speeds in this 599 plan. We had taken 5 3G usb sticks separately from the vodafone store, salt lake with an unlimited 3G plan of 599 per month as told by the vodafone representative Mr.Jayanta Dey.
